Services are booked directly via phone, email, or social media.

• After the service is completed, a payment link will be sent to the client for online payment via Xendit.

• All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.

• Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge of the agreed service fee.

• Refunds are only provided in cases where Pecs Lens Photography Services is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued after the service has been successfully delivered.

• Edited photos will be delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or other agreed methods within 7–14 business days.

• Physical prints (if included) can be shipped or picked up based on prior arrangement.

• Pecs Lens Photography Services retains the copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive a personal usage license for the delivered photos.

• Commercial usage or redistribution requires prior written consent.

• Pecs Lens Photography Services is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather, technical issues, or force majeure.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

• All client information and images are handled with strict confidentiality.

• Photos may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes only with client consent.
