At Pecs Lens Photography Services, we strive to provide high-quality photography services to all our clients. Please review our refund policy below
1. General Policy:
Payments are non-refundable once the service has been successfully delivered.
Refunds are only applicable if Pecs Lens Photography Services is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to a 50% service charge.
Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to our availability.

3. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used.
For payments made via Xendit payment links, refunds will be issued to the same card or bank account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:
Services that have been fully completed and delivered.
Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late arrival, unprepared venue).
Client dissatisfaction that is not related to service delivery errors.
