At Pecs Lens Photography Services<\/strong>, we strive to provide high-quality photography services to all our clients. Please review our refund policy below<\/p>\n

Payments are non-refundable once the service has been successfully delivered.<\/p>\n

Refunds are only applicable if Pecs Lens Photography Services is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.<\/p>\n

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to a 50% service charge.<\/p>\n

Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to our availability.<\/p>\n

3. Refund Processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201314 business days through the original payment method used.<\/p>\n

For payments made via Xendit payment links, refunds will be issued to the same card or bank account.<\/p>\n

4. Non-Refundable Cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Services that have been fully completed and delivered.<\/p>\n

Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late arrival, unprepared venue).<\/p>\n

Client dissatisfaction that is not related to service delivery errors.<\/p>\n
